7. Carbonaide System
The Carbonaide hardware modules outside the factory building contain all the technology and components needed for managing the gas flow in the factory.
Carbonaide Process Units
The main Carbonaide process unit controls the gas flow in the curing chamber in the factory. It includes all the equipment for gas flow management, control and safety.
The system also measures the stored CO2 in real-time and sends the data to the Carbonaide Service Platform.
The smaller system unit contains the evaporator that tranforms the liquid CO2 into gas.
Biogenic CO2 Supply
Carbon dioxide from biogenic sources feeds the Carbonaide CO2 curing process.
It is stored in the tank in liquid form and transformed into gas with the evaporator in the smaller system unit before use in the factory.
Permanent storage of biogenic CO2 is required for issuing carbon credits.
