Carbonaide offers full delivery of CO₂ curing systems for concrete manufacturers, from design and project planning to system setup and maintenance.
The Carbonaide system offers advanced technology and innovative design that allows the hardware to be integrated to new facilities or retrofitted to existing factory curing chambers.
The Carbonaide hardware consists of the following components:
- The carbonaide process module with an equipment and instrumentation package that enables industry-leading precision for CO₂ management.
- CO₂ supply module (a separate CO₂ tank or integration to local CO₂ delivery).
- Integration with the curing chambers.
Chamber Modifications
In a typical delivery, the Carbonaide team also helps with the design and specifications of the curing chamber modifications that are required for the Carbonaide process. If needed, our supply partner network can also provide other necessary hardware components.
Hardware management, the real-time CO₂ mineralization process and carbon storage measurements and certifications are managed through the Carbonaide Service Platform.
