Life cycle support
All our customers enjoy the convenience of Carbonaide Care support services to ensure continuous problem-free operations of the Carbonaide Curing System and Carbonaide Service Platform at the customer facilities.
The Carbonaide Care support and maintenance covers all required services from early planning and customization of our solutions through project management, delivery and setup all the way to yearly maintenance and calibration.
We offer two service packages according to each customer’s needs:
- Carbonaide Care Basic covers the normal software maintenance with instructions and second-level support for maintenance and calibration.
- Carbonaide Care Premium adds advanced reporting, email support and a dedicated contact person, as well as annual maintenance and calibration by approved Carbonaide support personnel.
